Cancellation Policy We understand that life can be unpredictable and that from time to time things happen which may result in you having to reschedule or cancel a clean.
We will do our very best to accommodate you in every way we can, all we ask is that you give us at least 24 HOURS NOTICE.
Please understand that time is money and if you do not give us notice, our franchisees waste precious hours travelling to your location unnecessarily when they could be working at another job. If you neglect to give us notice we will have no choice but to apply a non-cancellation fee of 50% of the service fee. This fee will also be applied if our franchisees are booked for a job and are unable to access your home at the booked time. We will, however endeavour to contact you and allow 15 minutes leeway in case you are running late.
